Here's why people ask me to write their important letters...
1. I'm much better at it than they are
2. I have more time to do it
3. I enjoy writing letters and they don't
4. I squeeze the maximum 'value' out of a letter
To my clients, it's of little or no importance that I'm not an expert on their product or service. After all, impressing the client with my product knowledge is not my priority. My task is to produce letters that influence the people my clients want to influence. That's what I'm paid to do. In other words, although you know what makes your product tick, I know how to get your message across.
I write all kinds of unique letters for all kinds of unique businesses.
You may well be here because you're looking for a sales letter or a prospecting letter, if so, I'm your man.
But that's not all I do in the letter department.
I also compose letters of apology, letters that deal with complaints, letters that contain bad news (and good news) and letters that simply announce simple changes. Most are snail-mailed, some are e-mailed and a few feature on websites.
My letters are used in CRM programs and in business to business marketing campaigns. I have also written suites of letters (on one occasion 125+) that comprise a complete customer communications program.
So now you know what I do, I'd like to tell you how I do it.
